No. The preview you received is a personalized concept designed specifically for your business. During implementation we'll continue refining the website by adding your final content, services, products, imagery, policies, branding adjustments, and any agreed-upon enhancements before launch.

Absolutely. Your preview is the foundation—not the finished product. We'll work with you to make sure the final website accurately represents your business before it's launched.

Because Syngine does not control the records stored in your current system, your team will need to export existing client profiles, upcoming bookings, appointment details, and other information into spreadsheets. MedspaOS can then import supported information from those files. After launch, new bookings and client information submitted through your Syngine website and MedspaOS will be managed within the platform. Any records not included in the import will need to be created and saved manually by your team.

A member of our team will review your submission and send you a personalized client proposal outlining your quoted pricing, service terms, and applicable agreements. Once the proposal and agreements have been signed, we will issue your invoice. Onboarding begins after payment is received.

Yes. If you've selected ongoing website management, we'll continue helping you make website updates and improvements after launch. If you've chosen not to include ongoing website management, your website will be delivered as completed during implementation.

If you own a standard custom domain, we can connect it to your new website. Domains provided as part of another scheduling platform's branded URL, such as an .as.me address from Acuity, cannot be transferred or reused because they are owned and controlled by that provider. In that situation, we will help you select and register a custom domain for your business, and its cost will be included in your quoted pricing.
